Woke in the night, and after a couple of good days and a stable run of a couple of weeks, my mood absolutely crashed. Deep dive into despondency. I'm ok this morning and off to work, so we'll see how the day goes.

Good morning! It's such a delight to wake up without an alarm. I've enjoyed another better night of sleep and feel a little more energised today. I think that work challenge has been concluded which helps with rest. Also I've started a course of vitamin B12 and am hopeful that's going to fix things.
