I've sadly been too busy to actually finish art or any other creative things but I have been doodling and sketching where I can, so I should probably show some of that. In fact, most doodles are about a new OC! Here's a little glance at her... Once I pick her colors I'll properly show her off c:

A drawing of a female Yoshi with long hair tied into a ponytail and markings on her body, stretching her left arm out and showing sparks of electricity. I wonder what that could mean...

"My mom used to be a legend! But you won't hear it from her... She saved two kingdoms with just her lance and a lot of might. They called her the Meridian Rose." - Marie Doodle of Marielle from last night depicting her younger self; a fearless and assured lance fighter. Might make it a full drawing

A drawing of an armored winged Yoshi, Marielle hovering in the sky and looking up contemplatively.

Here's more sketches I've done lately! I have been working on some lore for Marie's parents, particularly her mom Marielle; read the alt text for details! Here's her main weapon + some FE Heroes like portraits I hope to turn into full renders soon!

Top left: Combat portraits of Marielle, resembling Fire Emblem's combat UI. There's a normal version and a version when she has low health, which changes her expression.

Top right: Marielle's signature weapon, Skythorn! It's a legendary lance with wing and thorn designs which Marielle slowly uncovered its true power. It is deadly to magic wielding opponents and can summon thorn vines on an opponent's arms or legs to prevent them from moving or attacking as well.

Bottom: Three sketches of Marielle attacking, styled like the usual attack portraits in FE Heroes! There's an attack one, a critical hit/skill activate one and another for when she's low on health.

Some Marielle lore: She is not native to Yostershire; she actually comes from a skybound kingdom next to it named Meridia! It is mostly populated by winged Yoshis and other flying species. She used to be (and still is!) an amazing lance fighter in her youth and actually helped out during some conflicts between Meridia and Yostershire, where she met her husband Alphonse. More details on this lore coming soon!

Okay so I immediately saw @yoshidonoshi.bsky.social 's new drawing where he has WINGS now and I've been on a Fire Emblem binge, so naturally my mind said "you HAVE to draw FE Heroes-style portraits for this guy", at 2am!!!

hmm, I don't have much new drawings to show but I have been racking up a lot of sketches and doodles over the while I've been inactive. I may just post those so that I have some art to show to y'all!

"At arms, soldier! The royal guard never sleeps!" WOAH what's this new art from me??? Better believe it! I'll be giving more spotlight to the rest of my OC cast for any upcoming drawings I do, so here's another classic OC of mine! Yostershire's fiercest royal guard, Bonnie Yo'star!!

Drawing of Bonnie Yo'star, a pink-red Yoshi wearing blue armor and a purple cape, holding her sword Starslash.

I forgot this place even existed until now lol, I used to moderate the Mario Kart Amino and came across far too many weirdos. I had no business being mod of an online space at 15 years old 😭 GOOD RIDDANCE and about damn time this place shut down. You will NOT be missed, RIP bozo

Random thought, did fast food places and restaurants use to have constantly playing radios in the past? Like, I swear it wasn't like that growing up, or at least not literally EVERYWHERE. I already gotta deal with the same music at work bruh, just let me eat in peace and quiet :v

Started some expression practice out of boredom, which then turned into 22 doodles showing Marie's wide range of emotions! Happy, sad, angry, flirty, you name it. These initially took me like 5 mins each so they're not too consistent, but I had fun drawing them c:

Concept for a yoshi OC that I may work on later. Don’t have a name yet, but he’s a prototype Yoshi action figure that was never released due to it being based on a scrapped tv show. #art #Yoshi #OC #furryart #furry

The last tweet that was sent on my Twitter(X) account, formerly sent on Oct. 19, 2024.

Konner standing on the left lightly waving goodbye.
Sophie, with her feet shuffled between, bow placed between her legs, mournfully bows down for a farewell.
Austhi posing in a dynamic matter, shouting "Thank you!" to the viewer.

Made for a semi-private server banner at the tale end of Christmas Eve 2024.
Despite the similarity in designs (aside from Konner), their heights are more consistent with one another to fit in line in a cast of official Mario characters.

Konner, on the left again, posing joyfully at the viever, having a slightly different look than his previous October iteration; His polo shirt & short pants underneath his shell pop out more; hair pops out curly in the middle, and wings are reverted to Paratroopa wings to save on time. Red is purposely changed to green for boots & shell, complimentary to Austhi & Sophie's colors.

Sophie, rocking a fist bump to Austhi with her left arm, supports slight addtions to her design: blue pupils, stretch marks, wider body shape, more freckles sprouting across her muzzle area, cheeks, and shoulders.

Austhi, confidently bumping Sophie's fist with his right arm with a smirk, has very little design changes aside from better proportions. (Purple eyes.)

he's just drawn waayyyy better lmao have you seen his hair spiking with a curve?????
