This Thai place told me the scale goes beyond 5 so I’ve been doing “9 stars”, which probably is “Thai hot”. As far as bikes go: Seattle feels like that weird limbo state Paris went through around the late 90s / early 2000s as they phased out car traffic. Great infrastructure in some areas but others are death traps 100

Amount of time I spent waiting for the bus was greater than cycling time to get home. Cars have their place but the city isn’t one of them! 340
