Tried some moon pictures with the mobile. Not happy with the results. There is so much light pollution in Maroussi that even a super bright moon like tonight's doesn't focus the phone captors enough.

Yearly celebration of Greece's fighting the Axis during WWII. Oxi day commemorates the 1940 refusal by the Greek government to let fascist Italy use the country as a base against the Allies. The ensuing battles saw the compleat defeat of the invading Italian army.
