Last year I had the opportunity to contribute to Convergence @jayvikfanzine.bsky.social , which was divided in "arcs" and every artist and writer had the task to choose and represent their favourite ⚙️💫 OFC I went with the doomed yaoi divorce arc 👀 [ #jayvik ; #arcane ]

My contribution to "Convergence" a Jayvik Fanzine. The art offers an alternate ending to the moment where Jayce from a different dimension infiltrates the commune and supposedly kills Viktor. In my version he's conflicted about what he has to do. The characters stand in the middle of the sanctuary and are depicted as a renaissance painting: Jayce has dropped to his knees and is hugging Vik by the waist. Viktor is depicted like a holy figure and welcomes Jayce with open arms and a melancholic expression.

"Jayce continued stacking the tower. “I played at a few Academy events. Progress Day charity gala, that year you had the shits something fierce.”

“I told you that in confidence, you animal,” Viktor complained.

“Nobody here knows you.”

Viktor lightly dug his heel into the toe of Jayce’s boot.

“Sheesh!” Jayce pulled his foot away. “I knew you were up to something, playing footsie down there.”

“I was playing footsie until you decided to be rude.”

“Oh, poor Viktor. Poor Viktor’s underpants.”

Viktor stomped on his toes.

“Yee-ow…” Jayce trailed off as the barkeep approached with a plate of bread and butter.

Grabbing a slice, Viktor buttered it up generously, holding it out to Jayce when he appeared to be finished with his masterpiece. “Here, take it. You haven’t eaten.”

“I haven’t?” Jayce asked too casually. Viktor opened his mouth, then closed it as Jayce took the bread and set it back down on the plate. “I’ll eat it in a minute, I’m almost done with this tower.”
