The hero who disarmed one of the terrorists in Sydney turned out to be 43-year-old Ahmed al-Ahmed — a fruit shop owner and father of two. He was shot twice and is currently in hospital. He is scheduled to undergo surgery. He had no experience with weapons of any kind.

Found some old photoshopped translations for one of the Kojima Tokimemo games while digging around my hard drive. I'm tellin' y'all, ya don't know what you're missing out on until this trilogy finally gets its day in English. Some of the folks who worked on MGS knew how to make world-class galge.

Tokimeki Memorial's Ayako looks at your character while resting her head on the back of her hand as you both sit in a burger joint in the second Tokimeki Memorial Drama Series game.

You: I'm curious. How would you describe yourself when you were little?

Ayako: When I was little? Well, you said it yourself. I was smaller than I am now.

A picture of a busy WcDonalds store, with menu signage reading 'Episode 2: Trip to WcDonalds' and promoting a $19.3 for 2 chips* meal deal. Poor Shinji is stuck running the registers alone during rush hour, and the crowd is piling up! Thankfully the crowd is big enough to show us that the next episode of The First/Last Minute will be a special episode on anime music, airing this Thursday at 9:00am AEST on radiofodder.live.

#YFNSM Okay Spider-Gwen being here is a bit frustrating bc like A) Where are they gonna fit this in next season B) CAN WE HAVE JUST ONE SPIDER-PERSON FOR MORE THAN A SEASON ... However the proto-pumpkin bomb she's got suggests its a Norman team-up, and that's just PERFECT irony, kinda can't wait

Hey everyone, I know it's going to be a busy day for a lot of people, but Google enrolled everyone over 18 into their Al program automatically.

If you have a google account, first go to gemini.google.com/extensions and turn everything off.

Then you need to go to myactivity.google.com/product/gemini and turn off all Gemini activity tracking. You do have to do them in that order to make sure it works.

Honestly, I'm not sure how long this will last, but this should keep Gemini off your projects for a bit.

I saw this over on bluesky and figured it would be good to spread on here. It only takes a few min to do.
