There is such variation in people in their 70s and 80s… I’ve been a 80 year old since I was 40…. I could not keep up with my parents energetically even into their 90s….age is a number until you get health issues ….

The way those animals are treated is so cruel it’s like we brought it upon ourselves. We should have stood up for them & demanded they have space to roam & feel the sun on their backs… After watching couple factory farming videos I gag at the thought of pork, they are all such gentle animals too.
