I've recreated the Entenmann's Devil's Food Cake.I've been trying to do this for years with a bunch of different marshmallow frosting recipes.The frosting was always a little off.Too fluffy and light and the flavor just wasn't there. Swiss merengue buttercream.Not traditional marshmallow frosting.

I got my nose pierced a couple of months after I turned 40. I'd always wanted a nose stud and now, more than a year later, I still smile every time I see it in a photo, even if I hate the photo itself. Case in point.

Sometimes I'm a dinosaur. I bought this on a whim and talked with my therapist about how happy it made me. She suggested that I wear it when I'm feeling sad because you can't feel sad when you're a dinosaur. It works.
