He’s done! I’ve wanted to draw JK from “That we become the same clay, desire, and trembling columns” for a looooooong time. Once I started this week, I got so excited I couldn’t stop lol

A piece of digital art depicting Jeongguk as told and described in seidream’s “that we become the same desire and trembling columns”. He wears a cloak of various brown furs and has long, deep red hair with pearl-white streaks in it. He wears a green daenggi (a bit like a hair ribbon, located at the bottom of the braid his hair has been styled into) with deep red embroidery depicting waves and various “flowing” symbols. Behind him a series of cocentric circles have been filled with patterns referencing the setting of the story: a pale green circle at the center for Hoseok’s magic power, a circle of pale blue spikes for ice, the soft pink waves of the tysannali, straight light and dark purple lines for the grass, and a band of deep purple for the sky.

Now kiss! A simpler drawing of hopekook from “that we become the same clay, desire, and trembling columns”. I like to imagine JK surprises him like this often.

Jeongguk from seidream’s “That we become the same clay, desire, and trembling columns” kisses Hoseok against a lighter purple background. Hoseok has black hair with a light green streak and wears a green shirt with a lighter green collar; Jeongguk has red hair with pearl-white streaks in it and is wearing a brown fur cloak. Hoseok looks a little startled by the kiss, which is closer to the cheek than JK’s lips. (He’ll get him next time).

happy belated two years to this short story! part 2, which was originally written for my patreon, is now posted to ao3! archiveofourown.org/works/73638266 #seidreamfic #btsfic #ot7au

a screenshot of the ao3 tags and summary for "great forest spirit, hear our plea (part2)" by seidream.

summary:

The forest is quieter now with the sun set, just for the short time before the nocturnal creatures emerge. A few are already moving around, some approaching Yoongi to greet him though slightly confused by his human form. Others he can sense moving on a wider path, obviously steering clear of their newest visitors.

Yoongi purrs quietly as he runs his hands over the head of the owl perched on his arm, the owl trilling and angling its head to be pet more. It allows him to ignore Taehyung’s frustration for a moment — at least until the owl silently takes off into the night after rubbing its head under his chin. Yoongi drops his arms as he watches it, then exhales and looks up at the night sky peeking between the swaying branches.

You’re supposed to be a god, how do you not have the answer for something like this?

🪷 As the creation period comes to close, check out the WIP from Vol. III's 'A Strong Heart' section, written by our writer contributor, PJ (@allsadhere.bsky.social). ✍️

A dark green square graphic with golden colored font reads "GOLDEN HAVEN vol. 3 SNEAK PEAK" followed by a lily pad framing the writing snippet: ""As the years wear on, it’s getting more and more difficult for Namjoon to lie to himself.

Still, it’s rare for Yoongi and Jungkook to be openly affectionate with each other, at least when Namjoon is around. After promising that their friendship would never change, they tend to keep their relationship on the backburner so that Namjoon feels included. He’s grateful in some ways, but there’s a small voice in the back of his mind saying that it’ll start to wear on them one day. That they’ll start to resent him for having to tone down their relationship around him." written by @allsadhere.

The left side of the green graphic shows a writing snippet that reads "These days, Jungkook's life sounds like a train horn and the rattling of all their trinkets on the shelf next to the bed because they couldn't afford an apartment in a better location. His life sounds like a muffled train horn, too, when Yoongi starts to learn the schedule of each arrival, timing it just right to cup his hands over Jungkook's ears, making it slightly more bearable."

PJ (they/them) is a writer and can be found on Twitter and Bluesky at allsadhere.

The following text is shown: “About Me: I simply cant get enough of our boys finding each other over and over again in every universe
What about Yoonkook makes you think "golden? The golden maknae meets the golden touch - who knows what wonders they can accomplish when they finally come together.”
