I got too busy to keep updating, but I finished my insanity playthrough with my spouse watching. His words were “That was cool,” which is very high praise. He enjoyed ME3 the most. We had a conversation last night about how each character needs to get at least one f-bomb and how they would use it.

Clio realized she loved Garrus when she realized Archangel was him, but it wasn’t romantic love yet. Her first moment of realizing she’d fallen in love with him was amid a stint of fake dating they did to mess with the engineers who’d been making bets about whether they’d hook up. 🤭

This is my first ME2 Insanity run, and everyone really scared me about Garrus’ recruitment quest as if I need to save it for as late as possible, but it was the 2nd one and it was nowhere near as difficult as I’ve found Grunts to be. I spent 3 hours trying to beat it last night.

My current MELE replay is to warm up for an insanity playthrough that my spouse is going to watch (I wanna show offf!) so I made some different choices like saving Kaidan instead of Ash on Virmire and I personally think it’s a crime that they waited until ME3 to give Kaidan good writing.
