So Trump complains that Canada agrees to import some EV cars from China, then he does a deal with China to let TikTok continue to operate in U.S. www.americanprogress.org/article/the-...

The TikTok Deal Leaves Many Questions Unanswered
The TikTok deal encapsulates every abusive practice of the Trump administration—secrecy, unprecedented claims of executive power, and noncompliance with the law.

Of course they’ll be “missing details”. Did anyone really think otherwise? Did anyone think “important” people - public personas - were going to be named as child abusers? The “files” will be thousands of pages - boring details and huge black lines of redactions.

Trump’s unhinged and disgusting remarks about Reiner - and turning the narrative to himself - are really an indication (if any more are needed) that this guy is a narcissistic lunatic and the American people must find a way to get him out of the Presidency. It’s now beyond urgent for the whole world

It was very poorly thought through by Ford. The Canadian commercial, played solely to a U.S. audience, was tantamount to telling Americans how to run their economy and the guy in charge doesn’t know what he’s doing. As true as that is, the reaction by Trump should be expected. Own goal.

What a genius. I guess the Chinese were buying the soya beans for their own consumption including cooking oil. Why would China process it into cooking oil and send it back to the U.S. when America has canola and cottonseed - and soya - lots of it!!

Argentina has been unstable for as long as I can remember - and that’s a long time. Has its currency ever stabilized? Has its politics ever stabilized? Maybe a bit under leftist populists. But Trump focuses on this basket case, & fights Brazil and Lula of Brazil - a much more important country.

That’s what shadow teachers are for - to help develop IEPs for students who need them and work with them to achieve the IEP objectives. Every teacher should have some understanding of these, but a separate shadow teacher with specialized skills is needed too. If costs an issue then 1 per 2/3 classes

I sympathize with your point. However Timothy McVeigh’s truck bomb was quoted by FBI at the time as worst case of “domestic terrorism”. But in legal terms, yes, the law itself might have a different definition. In any case the killing of one guy doesn’t compare to McVeigh and his conspirators

While only a small and very belated gesture, Western countries are now set to recognize Palestine as a State, including 3 of the G7 members (Canada, France, UK) meantime the rest of the world, particularly young generations see clearly what’s going on, they hate Israel for it, and will never forget.
