//I think my favorite fun fact about Anders is that Ser-Pounce-A-Lot was not an improvised name. He has been thinking of a tiger (that eats Templars) named that since he was at the circle. He used to scribble it in the margins of his notebooks. This is 100% canon and not a headcanon I swear #OOC

//Okay phew. I finished writing up a complete background on my Anders ("mine" bc there are some slight deviations from canon and some DA2 judgement calls to make things flow better so) and added a tab for BG3 stuff eventually! I hope this helps people who don't know my bastard interact 💙

🕯️(Open starter) He had run...South, maybe? Or East. It was impossible to tell, really. The Circle didn't teach Mages geography. Why would they? The only direction a Mage needed to know was upstairs or down. Escaping the Tower once more, he had picked a direction and...ran. Ran until he couldn't.

🕯️(Open starter) He stands in front of a merchant who is holding several potions hostage as Anders fishes through his coin purse- a mean leather satchel that threatens to tear with even gentle use. He mouths to himself an inadequate number of coins and recounts, thrice, as the merchant grows agitated

🕯️(Open starter) Balancing a saucer of milk in each hand, Anders carefully steps out of his clinic and sets them in a shadowed alcove of Dark Town's many rotting staircases. Squatting down, he begins making puckered 'come hither' noises at the claustrophobic darkness.
