I cannot tolerate the notion that you can only push yourself at the gym with a trainer who does “tough love” or by having negative thoughts about yourself. I found myself pushing my body today to do that extra Rep, to keep the higher weight etc because I wanted to. No tough love required🩷

There are people defending Epstein by saying the girls/women were 16+ (some were younger), but here’s the thing, sex trafficking and human trafficking is still a crime even if the people being trafficked are over the age of 18. Also 16 -17 year olds are still minors.

I went for a 6k run this morning and actually got an energy boost! Feeling good (but tired now it’s almost 9pm). I’m really happy though, I had a mental block from doing much exercise after my mom was diagnosed with cancer, but I’ve been back at it for the past few weeks.
