I got hooked during the pandemic when Ant McCrossan and Simon Gerrans were doing the world feed on peacock. I learned a lot from them and then branched out to podcasts, articles, GCN on youtube. If I had started watching with Phil on the mic, I'm 1000% sure I would have never gotten interested.

We bought a vpn a few years ago and haven’t looked back. SBS commentators are fantastic & well informed. We do have to watch peacock sometimes due to a unique tech situation at home and it’s so painful when that happens

This view is insane. Typically it’s a beautiful panorama of the Cleveland skyline from Edgewater Park. Today it’s dense fog due to the Canadian wild fires. All the ohio communities along lake Erie are smothered in the smoke/smog.

A nearby city has an annual festival and criterium races and it was **so** much fun watching IRL bike racing. And the kid even podiumed in their first race ever!

Congrats on a new bed! Fun fact we learned when we upgraded this spring: higher thread count sheets hold more heat. So if you want cooler/more breathable bedding go <400 thread count.

Walkable neighborhoods are the real deal. Husband broke a crown. Next morning, he walked kid to school, walked to the dentist, got crown glued back on, stopped by grocery for 3 items on walk home. Same day I walked to/from work. Normal life things, on foot.
