If it’s just license plate data used to send a speeding ticket, fine. Flock was tracking the car across all cameras, then giving all data without asking for a warrant or other legal reason. People were being stalked by police with no legal cause.

Are you deliberately misreading what Duckworth and others are saying ? Nobody said to ignore anything, just not to waste energy/ time on impeaching Trump. Oppose everything and hold everyone running for office accountable. The fight is on every ballot in November.

Neither of which will work on Carney. Carney has developed pacts with many countries since DJT appeared again. Since the USA is no longer any protection against any country that wants to be a bigger dictatorship, existing democracies are creating their own. Carney is the right leader now.

Things to do and tell everyone you know to do: Check your registration. Know your voting place. Volunteer for a candidate or a get-out-the-vote group. Do whatever you can to elect Democrats. Not perfect, but not crazy evil!

Start with your local candidates, maybe be an election observer, if you see/hear anything newsworthy, tip off a local news source adding that you want to be anonymous. Down ballot races in TX are really important this year. Talarico has a strong campaign as it is. There’s no noticeable friction there. I like both of them and I wish people who don’t live in Texas would just butt out off this.

Yes they did. Some apparently thought he would be the adult in the room. They were wrong. But he’s not really in charge of anything. If we flip Congress, we can deal with the whole cesspool. If we don’t because we won’t vote for an imperfect Democrat, then things will not get better.

Purists never win; ageism is ugly. I vote for the best candidate. Given my age, that’s generally someone younger than me. I’m a volunteer for Talarico. I oppose Paxton because he’s awful. I’m for Dem leadership change but not because of age.
