I found mold in my closet last spring and so I've been fussing over the microclimate of my apartment ever since. The closet has a dehumidifier and the main room has a humidifier (for winter) and I will sometimes dump the closet water right back into the humidifier. That's my water cycle. 🙃

So I got the idea to go through my closet and see a) what I have and b) how many different size scales/charts there are across the lot. AKA SM-XXL, 1x-5x+, the fractionals 18/20-22/24+, etc. I have only done my pants and half of my tops and I'm already kinda floored. 😂 Womens clothing is ridiculous.

I was in a school district-wide concert where we played SASF, and the best flautist in the district was from my school, so she got the solo. Between regular band and the district thing, she had to play that solo so many times she was ready to murder someone by the end of the year. 🫡

I chopped an old broken pair of my glasses at the bridge, so I can wear one side at a time. Superglue in a couple of places, now I have makeup glasses!

I finally came up with a solution for doing my makeup while being so nearsighted I can't see a clear reflection, and it worked, so now I'm reeling over all the years I have struggled!!! Crisp eyeliner is back, baby!

The 1990 Bisexual Manifesto

We are tired of being analyzed, defined and represented by people other than ourselves — or worse yet, not considered at all. We are frustrated by the imposed isolation and invisibility that comes from being told or expected to choose either a homosexual or heterosexual identity. Monosexuality is a heterosexist dictate used to oppress homosexuals and to negate the validity of bisexuality.

Bisexuality is a whole, fluid identity. Do not assume that bisexuality is binary or dougamous in nature; that we must have “two” sides or that we must be involved simultaneously with both genders to be fulfilled human beings. In fact, don’t assume that there are only two genders. Do not mistake our fluidity for confusion, irresponsibility, or an inability to commit. Do not equate promiscuity, infidelity, or unsafe sexual behavior with bisexuality. Those are human traits that cross all sexual orientations. Nothing should be assumed about anyone’s sexuality — including your own.

We are angered by those who refuse to accept our existence; our issues; our contributions; our alliances; our voice. It is time for the bisexual voice to be heard.

I went to the thrift hoping to find a new blender, but of course there were none to be found when I need one. I did see a collection of attachments for a hand crank blender, but the base was missing. HOWEVER I did find a nice CD rack, which I have been hunting for several months! #alexfinds
