I tried to explain my creative process for going from idea to published essay. Instead I just... talked for 4 minutes A friend said it's "like watching Jim Carrey auditioning for Andy Kaufman" which is the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me.

I think non-coders have an advantage with AI right now. no habits, no "right way" - just plain english. built a web app this morning to help pick house paint colors. took an hour. didn't think about code once. not perfect but who cares! also its gotta be purple right??? (og in the top left)

thinking about how "moat" became the standard term for competitive advantage the metaphor is: a trench filled with water around your castle to keep invaders out pure defense. pure scarcity. what if we talked about "engines" instead of "moats"? what generates vs what protects

Was helping a friend with some copy last night. She sent me the deets - stats, background, etc. Then she vented about the situation. All the good stuff came from the vent. The vent is the move and it's the source of good writing basically always? vent it out, let it breathe.

slopia (adj) - writing that has an AI-tint to it, i.e. over-formatted, over-outlined, try-hard generic, ends with a “lesson”
