Can I be a slut & say my one gripe with relationships in Dawnwalker is with the female love interests we’re treated to lots of nudity but with the 1 available male option & the lead himself it’s them in Mormon undies?

Saw this when I was leaving campus your morning

Just left a surprise screening a friend took me to. I absolutely had a great time with Resident Evil. Bryan is a likable civilian character & the movie calls out a lot of the games tropes w/o being snobby about it.

Def not worth $70 even with the attention to dismemberment details & with the supposedly cut Jean gameplay. Still fun but maybe a $50-60 game.

Is this insomniac Spider-Man 1 goty writing? No. Wolverines has some good stories in the comics but nothing riveting. Still an enjoyable & og take on X lore.

I’m having fun with Wolverine. Yes there’s some thing that feel undercooked in it but ultimately I’m unwinding the end of the day chopping up people who are killing mutants in very gory ways.

Finally have a cat that sleeps like this.

I loved Between two fires & have had how I’d approach it to be adapted in my head since I’ve read it.

While I’ve already pre ordered Tomb Raider for the PS5(before the physical discs stoppage) I wouldn’t mind getting another physical copy with the Switch 2 version.

I’m seeing so many people get pissy that there’s no game characters. I feel like it’s more about certain fans wanting to sit & stroke themselves to a 1:1 adaptation vs someone taking the base elements of RE & making something that could play like an RE game.

Alex Croft @alexcroft.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

Watching certain parts of the RE community rip the new movie apart w/o it even being out yet… Y’all deserve another Anderson Jovovich Alice slop fest.

I’d compare the Halloween game to taking a risk on buying your dream car off marketplace. Yes, it might look good & drive well initially but after a few miles in you hear & see things that will need serious fixing in the long run to make it a daily driver or fun weekend cruiser.

She’s been a work in progress since I got her about what will be 5 years ago in like 3 weeks.

The previous owners of a kitten I’ve fed all summer finally confirmed they don’t want her so she’s now mine

Got up at 5:30AM, not to run but to help friends move into campus. I can now add a full sized futon into things I’ve discovered can fit in my car

This season of X-Men 97 repeated similar problems I had with s1. Ultimately these short seasons with varying episode runtimes don’t really allow for anything to really breath.
