the second one has text at the bottom, thats what they mean by alt text. it's for accessibility. you can quickly add alt text to your images here so lots of the users strongly encourage it. there are some users that need it. the alt text is visible in my screenshot:

screenshot of the second post in this thread, which includes the alt text. it describes enough of the photo that someone who only has access to the text can understand what the image is intended to convey.
