I’m still seeing it, but admittedly it’s one of those Oscar bait movies that I find myself rolling my eyes whenever people mention it

Criterion's K-POP DEMON HUNTERS release is targeting a generation just discovering the wonders of collecting physical media at a time when physical media companies need it most, while also introducing their catalogue to young movie lovers. This is a genius move. Get the kids into Criterion!

I want to be excited for #AvengersDoomsday like everyone else, but that trailer did nothing for me. The build up to this movie has been a mess, and a lot about this movie feels like an act of desperation since the MCU isn’t the mega-franchise like it was in the 2010s.

I think Dune will be the better movie, but two things crossed my mind. Dune doesn’t make nearly the amount of money as the Avengers movies do, but considering the audiences aren’t that far apart like Oppenheimer and Barbie were, I’m wonder if they will just cannibalize each other at the box office

I can’t believe I actually enjoyed #MinionsandMonsters. I have not liked any of the movies after Despicable Me 2, but this feels more inspired. It’s more unhinged which is what I prefer to the bland mediocrity that we’ve been getting. Not great, but a nice surprise considering my low expectations.

While no woman deserves the harsh scrutiny, I do find it absolutely hilarious how much energy chuds are expending this week trying to convince me objectively attractive woman is unattractive actually. From Jesse Watters to rando El Neckbeard Supremos, these guys just universally fucking suck.

Two things can be true at once. You can dislike the new #Supergirl movie while also calling out those who hate it solely for misogynistic reasons.
