This is the first time I've been roasting my own beans using a Horoku (in the background of the photo). It's a very exciting and also a bit nerve wracking experience, having only had a little amount of Ethiopian Sidamo to do my first try. The smells in the kitchen are amazing!

Finally did it. I managed to end 2024 by completing the Dark Tower books on the 31st of December. Absolutely loved them, despite book 3 taking me over a year to finish due to wanting to complete the Metro books first. Onto the Witcher books!
