Leadership in Games is hard. Leading Live Games is even harder. You need experience, patience, and the ability to manage change, every step of the way. The Player Experience comes first and foremost, and you need to adapt. To support my learning, here is my reading list:

GameLook did a deep dive into the revenues of Marvel Rivals' first month: ↳ Steam exceeds $54.5m ↳ PlayStation 5 follows with over $27.2m ↳ Xbox Series X|S is estimated at around $2.7m ↳ Including the Chinese-specific client operated by NetEase, the total might be about $136.4m 😲

"When I was a young man, I had liberty, but I did not see it. I had time, but I did not know it. And I had love, but I did not feel it. Many decades would pass before I understood the meaning of all three. And now, the twilight of my life, this understanding has passed into contentment." - Ezio A.
