While it would have been nice to see SCOTUS to tell the admin to fully fuck off, the most pressing issue was the fact that states have no time to implement these changes, even if legal. And, BTW, the admin knew this and still pursued just so they can use this as an excuse when Ds win in November.

Again, Trump’s EC was 2016 + NV and he still didn’t crack 50% in the NPV. Hardly Reagan ‘84. People read an awful lot into a narrow victory that was fueled by opposition to high prices. And now, because of high prices, it looks like everything Trump touches turns to shit.
