Still from the beginning of my video clip since it doesn't put a preview up with the link. The channel is called Loving Elara, and as this is the intro video / first step of my learning how to properly care for myself, the clip opens with these words overlayed.

Elara is the character written by my character who is based on me. Of course, we are all writers. So, in a way, when I say Loving Elara, I'm saying, Loving Me. But there's a Patreon creator who has a similar name on her page so I just did it like this instead.

This clip is an expansion of something I realized and said here the other night. I'm not sure if you can see it without the app, but I can never just directly upload my videos on this server so I'm doing this instead. Enjoy if you like concepts like re-parenting oneself and learning the basics of taking care of your own mind and body later in life when no one showed you or taught you that you should.

Welp, it's far past time to prioritize and center myself in my own life to make the best of what I have.

I'm holding my discharge paperwork. This page gives a general read over 72 hours of my blood pressure, showing higher than normal and maxing at 168 over 89. For someone in multiple myeloma relapse with a heart strained by stenosis, this is specifically not a good read.

My declaration refers to many things, but one is that for now, I'm trading return to college for two new additional outpatient programs: one to strengthen my heart itself and the other for my mental health. When I went in, I'd been taking medication that was recently increased. That day, it was causing suicidal ideation and amplification of my emotions: the exact things I wanted to prevent. But I also battle cPTSD and, shall we say, related disorders that I'm working to get a better handle on through the second program.

I'm talking with my advisor on Tuesday about returning once I'm better prepared.

I am sobbing rn because I just watched a video from Lubna where she showed me the bombed highrise place they are making a home out of, with their little children. It's the "upgrade" from the last 8 places they've moved around from in 3 years, since their house was destroyed.

This is the clearest photo I can find of Jessica. Yes, I talked about her at sentencing in the trial against the man who lured her, hurt others and me, so yes, she is also in my book. Out of respect for her and her grieving family, I changed her name there and exact likeness but kept her essence.

Also shown polished up and in her situation, receiving her high school diploma, is Jessica Katie Williams, known to those who actually cared about her and loved her as Giggles. There is another high school photo online, which I traced and then edited to respect privacy as she's not a commodity to be used- but her memory deserves to never be forgotten either. However, in the school picture, the quality of the photo is less clear.

She had Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and may have been 21 or even 22 when the above photo was taken because disabled students can qualify for their primary, public education to be extended through their 22nd year. I know this from parenting disabled children, thanks. What happened to her is our worst nightmare.

My buddy sent me a photo from the airport after she just landed. She'd been working in an infrastructure development related position New Guinea buuuut some issues arose so she went home. Maybe there will be better pictures!

Hint: I'm ironically showing that I do this while pointing to unchecked potential dangers unveiling themselves within the scope of the AI most people pay attention to: LLMs.

I'll need to show my actual work, videos of my doing this or similar, because it's come to my attention that apparently things I make similarly but take much more time on often end up looking like LLM generated AI slop.

Uh, yeah being I had to suddenly put this together, Larken's current WIP has to wait. It's fine, this scene is already written and tucked into infinitely long Chapter 3 a recall of sorts. But yeah, this is happening. Maybe I'll release both this month. Idk. I mean, they both matter for her greatly.

I'm not finished with it, not completely, but I age regressed and highly edited this until it's 11 year old Larken. She's in semi darkness, pressed between the threshold and door she's emerging through from. This is the doorway to her bedroom she'd been locked on the week before, looking out to see if anyone would catch her while she goes to check the well being of her little sisters, as she now does every night. I have to mess with it a lot more, but I can't not address the scene now.
