I remember Scotland pre-devolution, it was terrible! I also remember the English Establishment (and their media lackeys) didn't have a problem with Holyrood when London based parties had control of it 🤔 Partial powers are toxic, Scotland needs them all, the union doesn't work!

I wouldn't pay to watch BBC Scotland. No loss to me. But a very direct statement to the people of Scotland that their licence fee payments get them nothing.
