Surprisingly poor fact-checking from the BBC here... Ancoats Green and Central Retail Park are completely different spaces 🤦‍♂️ Honestly reeks of LLM/AI. Also amusing that the council leader is referred to as "a councillor" in subheading www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

At this week's council meeting I spoke out in favour of building more affordable and social homes in Manchester. In a shocking discovery, only 17% of so-called 1,018 "affordable" homes built in the last 2 years meet the council's own definition of affordable.

Pleased to finally see the crossing at Pollard Street/Great Ancoats Street in use! 🚦🚸 It had been many months of myself and @chrisn.xyz chasing the council to act, after private hotel works and ducting issues caused delay.
