He hasn’t changed his mind on letting me marry you, has he? [Because Goddess, he doesn’t deserve Marianne and he knows it. He wouldn’t be surprised for Edmund to retract his blessing.]

How is the Count? [He asks, kissing the top of her head. News doesn’t come fast to the rural towns he was aiding.]

[Oh, she—focus, Glenn. Another kiss on her lips.] I apologise for delaying planning our nuptials, dearest. But there were people to help, illnesses to treat. [Ever so dutiful, first as a knight, now as an apothecary.]

[He smiles into her lips, keeping her close as he returns it. After they part, he kisses her face in several spots before speaking.] I would hate to be a man who dreams alone could satisfy you of.

[He kisses the top of her head, and he is home. This is what he missed most.] Dreams of me did not keep you company?

[Arms wrap around her, his flesh and blood hand rubbing circles on her back. He’s home.] Marianne…

I should be flattered you have yet to forget my face, merely as I take a trip to aid others. But never fear, I am real—solid to the touch, if you desire confirmation.

//I’ll do an info thread soon for him but tldr: lost his shield arm, has a magic prosthetic, lived as an apothecary’s apprentice after he was saved with some memory loss and stayed away after he did remember until the war, when his new life as an apothecary meant he could help. He does know some +

What am I, an object that be brought? Think of your children. It would be a horrible thing if the twins grew up with rumours about it.

It’s just as likely my mother cowed the guards to let her in with no invitation, anyway. You know how she is…-when she was duchess, noble society danced to her tune. It’s hard for some to remember she is merely a dowager duchess, now.
