It tries to dodge the question, but then references a letter claiming he’s mentioned 38,000 times. Ask, “On January 6th, was there an insurrection?” You don’t get much. Then ask, “Did the insurrectionists hurt police officers?” And you’ll get your answer.

What I'm trying to find out with this appeal is how one member of a bankrupt air group was awarded $31.6 million in CARES Act funds even tho it wasn't the primary air carrier & then how that $$ went to the buyers who used it for ???? I'm being wondering about this for SIX YEARS.

Just after sending out this newsletter, I received a response on an appeal from 2021 to the FAA. They are going to look for specific documents overlooked the first time around. FROM 2021. It's like the FOIA folks are waking up in DC with a new lease on life or something. (I'm not complaining!)

Pedro Mendoza Chavez was caught up in ICE’s dragnet in San Antonio, leaving him hospitalized with a head injury that required stitches. His wife has no idea where he is and has not been able to speak with him. My office is in contact with his family, and we will continue monitoring his case.
