I have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Nothing much is going to change for me… It just means I gain a better understanding of why I feel flattened after a day of work (at a job that really isn’t that demanding most of the time) and have to go to bed by 9pm as a 40-something adult. 🥴

I have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

It explains a lot. I tire easily, have to sleep 9+ hours to feel rested, and never find exercise invigorating.

But…

Having a diagnosis only helps settle my mind a bit. It doesn’t magically grant me more energy to do things.

There isn’t much to be done about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

So if I seem a little less excited, a little less enthusiastic, it’s probably only because I’m tired and can’t muster anything more.

It's hard to choose a favorite location on Drakïrü, mostly because I'm still developing the map. But for now, I think I would say my favorite is Zalanthïr's estate just outside Kojåresï. It's a quiet location in the mountains, surrounded by jungle, rivers, and waterfalls. A perfect retreat.
