IM TXA peaked lower than IV but lasted longer, with greater overall drug exposure. Its slower onset may limit emergency use, but it could help with prehospital treatment when IV access isn't available. More research is needed before clinical use. Article: jav.ma/txa

In conscious toads, atropine and glycopyrrolate both raised heart rate. Glycopyrrolate lasted longer, but its effect was shorter under alfaxalone sedation. It's a step toward safer amphibian anesthesia, though more research is needed. 🐸 Open access article: jav.ma/sonorandesert
