Me, today, pre-coffee/meds. As @kateaaron.bsky.social can attest, I couldn’t even walk normally. For the first hour, gravity was on hard mode.

So what you’re saying is that, other than Swift Horses, my “not feeling it” instincts are spot on. Good to know!

Mostly. I feel like if either of us tried that level of cuddling, it would last 30 seconds, your hair would get caught in my cpap hose, and we’d quickly retreat to our respective sides for non-temperature reasons. Then the cat would pounce until yeeted.

When I have a moment, I’ll do a thread on synesthesia, which fascinated me when I heard another author discuss, so I went digging. And then went 🤯 to discover I have one of the many types of it. ‼️

I'll admit, I read the 1st version of this before. This bk, the nuance & depth far exceeded that 1. Worth every penny & minute spent.

I'm so far behind, but I finished this book months ago, & needed a minute to absorb. Darkness by @robertaellis.bsky.social isn't a typical #mmromance. It won't follow the "boy-meets-boy & falls in love" setup. Cont'd 🧵👇

This person 👉 @robertaellis.bsky.social 👈 is 1 of 2 writers that got me publishing. She captivated me w/ her stories. She writes like words are magic (bc they are). When she submitted for publication & was accepted, I realized we had a market for 🌈 stories. Then I subbed & got a contract. 1/2

I'm very curious about Storygraph. But for the life of me, I can't get my reads on there! Either It's waaayyyyy too niche & hasn't been added yet, or it's too new/not yet pubbed/fellow author's WIP. Have you had to add the books you're reading? The import tool is rumored to be super easy from GR.
