Today marks 14 years since the passing of my friend Dr. Paul Frazier. He was a good guy, and I miss him quite a bit still to this day. He was a fellow writer, and we encouraged each other’s writing regularly. Every time I sit down to write, I feel him looking over my shoulder. 🥲

Tales of the Gold Monkey is a criminally underrated TV series. Often dismissed as a Raiders of the Lost Ark knockoff, TotGM was actually developed two years before Raiders. ABC greenlit TotGM only after Raiders’ blockbuster success in theaters. I love the series, and I own it on DVD.
