Played in the big Threshold Tactics Team Tournament over the weekend with 20 high caliber teams. I was a part of our clubs second team with a beginner thankfully subbing in 2 weeks ago. We finished 2-3 in 11th place exceeding our goals. Team Warhammer is great! #WarhammerCommunity #AgeOfSigmar

Played my first Nurgle Tournament with a pretty basic list. 2 Sylvaneth Matchups and 1 Mirror is not what I want to be paired against, but I'm happy with 1-1-1 and +17 points. I'm getting my hang with Nurgle and did not run into time problems, which is also nice. #WarhammerCommunity #AgeOfSigmar

Played two games against high level opponents for our monthly AoS Stammtisch. My first IRL games with Nurgle. That brought some new problems with bubble management etc that were way easier on TTS. Tried out Lord of Affliction + 1 Pusgoyle, but did not like it over 20 more Bearer. #WarhammerCommunity

Was at a new 10 player RTT on saturday as my first tournament of the new GHB. Had a few practice games beforehand to learn the new mechanics. I liked the list but I think I need 1-2 more units in total for some missions and BT (especially denying). Had a great time and went 2-1 #WarhammerCommunity

#HobbyStreak day 23-24: Yesterday I tinkered with some lists for my final games this GHB on sunday. Today I reorganized my "merfolk project": I'm in the process of trying to collect 1 of each art printed in the first set of each merfolk card (currently at ~230/355 + 6/7 tokens)

A double page spread of the binder currently holding my merfolk project. This is cards 28-45, covering Stronghold (Tidal Warrior) to Nemesis (Rootwater Thief. This double page is at 12/18 cards.

#HobbyStreak day 22: TI4 game day. In the end I had the win in my hand, but Arborec got handed Imperial and was able to score 4 points (including a randomly drawn secret) before I could win in the status phase. Definitely a bit sad, that I couldn't convince the Speaker to take Imperial

An early view of my slice, where Mahact actually took my best system from me to get access to my Commander.

A big midgame push by NazRokha pushing off Arborec from Mecatol before (idk why) retreating all their pressure from the center.

My last turn push into the Fracture, I had opened up in setup. The only way I could have won before the status phase would be another +1VP relic / exploration from Styx.

#HobbyStreak day 13: Went to a Secrets of Strixhaven Draft and had too many early UR picks to not force it. In the end we had 4/10 people in the pod on Prismari and I didnt get enough removal Went 2-1 losing in the final to a bigger UR control deck. Prismari > Bulk Up + Flashback Bulkup was dope

#HobbyStreak day 10: Really not feeling painting currently, so I worked on prepping my strategy for TI4 instead. Also looked through some 3D print files for the flagship of the picked factions and started preparing a file for printing them.

Two 3d files in Lychee slicer for the Ghost of Creuss (I'll most likely use it for Crimson Rebellion) and Naaz-Rokha Flagship designs by Saunick on CGTrader.

#HobbyStreak day 3: More planning for Sylvaneth. Also reorganized the IJ layer of my cabinet. Even without my Rogue Idol and Mawkrusha it barely fits. So I hung the Feet and Swamp upside down at the top 😅

My cleaned up IJ layer in the display cabinet. It holds 30+ Ardboys, 15 Brutes 12 Rager, 6 Pigs, 2 Big Pigs and a collection of Heroes. The Feet and Swamp hang from the top of the cabinet.

#HobbyStreak day 2: Got some motivation to work on the Sylvaneth again. Repainted the ghosty bits on the SpiteRevs ontop of the lavender, that I didn't like. Going to select the right one tomorrow and pick up work from there.

#HobbyStreak day 1(?): Went to a 30 player RTT yesterday and spontaneously tried a new list without any monsters and trying out the "Duff Up da Big Thing" Subfaction. Had a lot of fun, but the missions were quite rough especially for Scouting Force and Attuned to Ghyran.

#HobbyStreak day 24: Started fixing the Brute that I accidentally drentched in super glue a few months ago. Removed excess paper towel I used for soaking it up, recut and glued the weapon back on. Primed over the spots where some of the color was peeled off in the process

#HobbyStreak day 16: Monthly AoS gaming day at the club today. Played a 2 round introductory game against a 40k player interested in AoS. Then had a game against one of our stronger players on thier LRL list, that ended up in a really close and dicey win for me.

My bottom of turn one. The Pigs secure the opponents baseline objectives, Wrekkaz push into the middle.
Brutes and Wrekkaz wait in the forest for their turn, maybe moving out one turn too late.

The fallout. Zoggrok takes the far left objective using a teleport,The mawkrusha countercharges Eltharion on the center, slingshotting him on my last turn to the far right objective securing the victory.

#HobbyStreak day 13: Last game in this club league against giants. Some swingy situations, but in the end I could control more of the board on 6 objectives, while felling one giant after another Zoggrok is the man of the match, teleported 2x to snag objectives and not failing his crit mortals once

Bottom of turn two. The Wrekkaz and Brutes cleaned up one of the megagargants, its friend got off a countercharge into the brutes. The Mawkrusha got to the aid of the goregruntas on the right flank killing the mankrusha. The tuskboss (not pictured, tried to clean up a unit of 3 mawkrushas ultimately failing on the left flank.

Bottom of Turn 5. Only the Mawkrusha (just having killed the last mega) and the two support heroes stand. The last small giant is pinned in the giant players hero phase by Zoggrok, such that it can only retreat to the green objective to score the last 5 points.

#HobbyStreak day 10: Finished building the Tree lord ancient (bar the potential magnetising of the right hand). Also messed around a bit with the Rotary Tool my brothers got me for christmas on some spare bits.

The Treelord Ancient now fully assembled, the right hand selection between Treelord and Treelord Ancient in front.

The Fanttik F2 Master rotary tool and its accessoires etc layed out on my hobby mat alongside some spare bits with holes / engravings / sanded off parts from trying around with the different bits.

Tough matchup with recursion on spread objectives The bigpig flank whiffed a lot and on pivotal turns my buffs didnt work Allinall some interesting pin/activation tech between both of us, with me playing from behind on object.
