thank you for coming to my tedtalk and reliving this omakase experience with me (and once again, without fail, i have become hungies LOL) 😭🙏

of course, we're saving the best for last (additional request before dessert; we got 2x as a celebration for my bday) aka the loml: uni 🥺💘 ...and that's a wrap on my mini thread about my omakase experience from my japan trip in nov 2024 - thank you for coming to my tedtalk 🫡 🍣 #aimei吃 #aimeieats

here are some of the final courses of the omakase, which i'd definitely go back and do again (and again and again) because it was such a wonderful experience 🙂‍↕️👍 turnip & apple / conger eel / side dish: miso soup / dessert: tamagoyaki 🍣 #aimei吃 #aimeieats

lowkey, as the night went on, i kept on thinking about how i'd have to train my stomach to take in more food for the next time i'm back 😤✨ thread-sail filefish / medium-fatty tuna / side dish: tarako (?) with spinach (?) / monkfish liver 🍣 #aimei吃 #aimeieats

the chef was very nice and open to answering any questions we had re: the food - she was also so funny despite the language barrier between us 🥰💞 white shrimp / side dish: oden / fried shrimp roll sushi / salmon roe 🍣 #aimei吃 #aimeieats
