We’re continuing to lead the fight against generic drug companies. We’re seeking court approval for a $400k settlement with Ascend and $650k with Mayne. Citron’s settlement only includes non-monetary terms. These companies conspired with competitors to rig the generic drug market.

RealPage attempted to have our bipartisan antitrust lawsuit against it. A judge has ruled the case is going forward. RealPage exists to enable the country's biggest landlords to rig the market and jack up rents for families. We sued to give families a fair chance at an affordable place to live.
