Actually had this discussion with my doc yesterday—well, I asked if I should get a shot, having had the measles plus one pre-pregnancy shot—and he said no. Very different from pertussis.

It’s quite charming that you think all this is a delightful and simple thing and good for the taxpayer. I can assure you that my kid doesn’t. They take responsibilities seriously and was originally excited that Biden planned to reform how loans are structured so that costs would be more sane.

Many more voters did NOT want student loans paid off—just a vocal minority. Many truly resented it. Democrats did a piss-poor job of explaining the issues well to people who never faced them. I wouldn’t have understood it if I hadn’t actually witnessed it.
