I call the police because my house is being robbed, the police don't give me an invoice if they arrest the robbers. So why should I have to pay for medical treatment if I have an accident or I am ill? It's just part of being a civilised society. And yes, we are a free country.

In the UK we have the NHS. It's not perfect but it's a wonderful system. Free at the point of use. If you go to hospital, or to a GP, you receive no bill. Treatment, operations and care are free, as are many prescriptions. Yes, there can be delays for ops, but you are not charged. It was (1 of 2)

I think a bit of a problem is that people seem to have become used to the lies, the fraud, the corruption and the self indulgence that Trump has brought upon the free world. In reality it's completely unacceptable.
