So much of what they experienced in Hungary over the last 16 years is now happening in the US. But @aftmass.bsky.social President @jessjtang.bsky.social found that even after all they've been through, Hungarians were shocked to hear that books are being banned in the US.

In Hungary, they visited an integrated Roma & Hungarian kindergarten on World Smile Day. This school functions like our community schools, supporting students & families inside & outside of the classroom. Amazing to see educators across the world put students first & support their communities! 💙
