When Senator Kennedy asks Todd Blanche if he is friends with President Trump, Blanche replied, "I'm his lawyer – was his lawyer." He's told us who he is, and we have to LISTEN. We cannot allow the power of the DOJ to be used to attack Trump’s political enemies and reward his allies. #StopBlanche

"If you're unwilling to show us that you're independent of the President at this early stage of your service, you disqualify yourself as judicial nominees." – @blumenthal.senate.gov These nominees are #UnfitAndUnqualified for the federal bench. Our courts deserve fair and impartial judges. (2/2)

Three actors, one script. Thank you, @blumenthal.senate.gov, for calling it out. If you can't answer these simple questions truthfully, then you shouldn't be given a lifetime seat on the federal bench. #UnfitAndUnqualified (1/2)

When judges publicly take sides on political issues, it undermines trust in our courts and fuels the perception that justice depends on ideology. Our courts deserve judges who are independent, impartial, and committed to the rule of law. #UnfitAndUnqualified #CourtsMatter

Michigan senators should not return a blue slip on Michael Martin — a nominee to United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan — who is so clearly #UnfitandUnqualified for a lifetime appointment to the federal bench. @leahlitman.bsky.social lays out why.

@booker.senate.gov questioned second circuit judicial nominee Matthew Schwartz about a past article he wrote, which harshly opposed same-sex marriage. Our courts need judges who will protect LGBTQ+ rights — not nominees with histories of anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric. #UnfitAndUnqualified

In Louisiana v. Callais, SCOTUS dismantled key protections that safeguarded fair representation for decades. Their message is clear: if discrimination is well hidden, it can continue unchecked. We won't accept this. Help us fight back against this lawless Court: secure.ngpvan.com/j-6qQnzXzk61...

Some days it looks like senate hearings. Some days it’s speaking at rallies and mobilizing. Most days it’s listening, learning, and showing up for people fighting to be heard. Every part of it matters.

John Marck refused to answer Senator Coons's question of whether President Trump is eligible to run for president in 2028. This isn’t a trick question – it's in the Constitution. If you can’t say a president can’t serve a third term, you shouldn’t be a federal judge. 🚩 @coons.senate.gov
