Need to cut ties with Vientos. Alvy is running out of time to be consistent, turning 25, came up at 20. Baty needs to stay in the lineup to be consistent at the plate. And not in literally 5 of the 9 positions on every given day. Give him 2nd and 1 more year to show what he can so #MetsSky

As we come to the end of the @mets.com 2026 season, with labor questions about 2027 but excitement about some of our new guys, I cant stop coming back to one of the main things we need is a dependable, 1st baseman with power. And then I get pissed all over again. #MetsSky

Obvious no one is giving us anyone of worth. So any #Mets relievers worth keeping who are under contract should stay put. The rest dont matter cause they are free agents and this year is lost. Obvious too that Stearns "big moves" from last year are not getting any interest. Hmm shocker #MetsSky

Disappointing to say the least. #mets #MetsSky Cohen wants people to remember '24 and give Stearns credit for that. Makes no sense since he didn't build '24 team, but has destroyed it. We were a few games away and now tied for 3rd worst team in the MLB. Thought Cohen was smarter. Killing a fanbase.

I find it frustrating when Lindor tries so hard to sell the comp line. How can he say Stearns put "a good team together"? So far lucky Benge & Ewing are fitting in (🤞). But constant shifting positions, pitchers up/down to AAA & starting pitching was never addressed. Sometime say less. #mets #MetsSky

I have seen a lot of bad Mets teams. Plenty of yrs where you didnt plan around them, they fit into your schedule. Aside from trading the players with the most heart, they now have a revolving door of other teams DFAed players, people out of position and no one seems to care. Motto=All quit, no heart

021

AFitz @afitz00.bsky.social · 17/06/2026

What troubles me most about whether the #Mets should sellers is that David Stearns is still making the decisions. A man who took a team a player or two away from making it to the end, and tearing them apart. Nothing will change until this experiment with the boy blunder and his PC ends. #MetsSky

Ok #Mets minded people of #MetsSky, who usually make more sense than the boy blunder and manager. What moves are made when the IL players are ready to come back? Who goes where? Who goes down? Should Alvy be starter over Luis? Any DFAs? Trade potentials? Lets hear what we are thinking 🤔 #LGM
