Truth! From the time I was a teen I can say this is the absolute truth! I STILL feel more comfortable in general around trans people. I actually prefer them to non trans people. They are broader minded and less apt to commit personal space violations. More respectful.

I’d rather have affordable 10 year mortgages, especially for smaller properties, first time buyers, veterans, etc. Pride in Ownership many times = Community Investments of some kind. They have deprived my generation and since by their manipulation of markets, stranding our children into slavery.
