A garden table, my very first attempt ever at mosaics. What fun it was to make, I'm completely hooked. Now for something more serious. Nina 🙂

I made this Nine Patch to order to go into a friend’s summerhouse. That's how it got the name Ocean Shades. Machine pieced and hand quilted. #fiberart #sewing #textileart🧵 🪡 #quilt #craftsky #quiltsky

The three major Danish supermarket chains have started marking European products with a black star. This is done at the request of many, so that we know what to buy. Please share.

Is the US dead set on making enemies everywhere? Canada, Greenland, Mexico, Panama, China - and now deliberately attacking and insulting 440million Europeans. What can they possibly hope to gain from that?

I made this pouf for my son, but it seems that his son has now made it his own How proud he is for having climbed up there all by himself and barely two years old.😊 🧵 🪡 #sewing #quiltsky #fiberarts #quilt #craftsky

This quilt based on the Little Schoolhouse was actually sold. But somehow it found its way onto my living room wall and stayed there. I think that’s how it got the name Homebound 😊 Machine pieced & hand quilted. 🧵 🪡 #sewing #quiltsky #fiberarts #quilt #craftsky

This is my Little Boxes quilt. I was challenged to create a block that was new and different, and this is what I came up with. It is machine pieced and hand quilted in the ditch. Nina / NB Quilt 😉 🧵 🪡 #sewing #quiltsky #fiberarts #quilt #craftsky

This silk shoe pillow is a crazy quilt, a gift for my oldest son and daughter-in-law when they moved into their new home. The masculine hat and the feminine shoe are intended to show their new life together. #fiberart #sewing #textileart🧵 🪡 #quilt #craftsky #quiltsky

I am Danish and we don't quilt much. Here is my first quilt and being self taught from books I thought that all quilts should have intricate hand quilting. Therefor this has delicate quilting in the center and in the light parts a floral pattern. 🧵 🪡 #sewing #quiltsky #fiberarts #quilt #craftsky

Royal Danish or Flora Danica is a vast Danish botanical work commissioned by King Frederik V in 1761. Originally done as copper engravings I have transformed it into a quilt of applique and embroidery. Here a sample of one of the flowers.🧶

Measured out my granddaughter very carefully and crocheted this top to the perfect fit. A month later it was done, but alas the sweet girl had already outgrown it. So I had to open up the seams and add extra hexagons, and now at long last the top finally fits her. Nina 😊 🧶

Please someone explain to me. If I want to post something in a specific feed, say Crafitiverse, how do I get it into that feed? Just arrived here form X as of 24 hours and it seems a much more harmonious place 🤗
