The Highlight of 2024... and probably the last decade... I had the privilege of finding a clutch of O.vernalis eggs (Smooth Green) and filming one hatching from start to finish!💚🐍🥰 So. Amazing. #opheodrysvernalis #smoothgreensnake #herpetology #pars #speciesofspecialconcern #hatchling #pa

A Heavily blue spotted Female Jefferson Salamander from the archives of 2016. I still wonder about this one and the surrounding population.... #ambystoma #jeffersonsalamander #molesalamander #possiblecomplex #herpetology

Most Vibrant of the Year goes to this late season hatchling that did not choose violence. I just love em when they're not all chompy 😆❤ #lampropeltistriangulum #easternmilksnake #herpetology #wildlife

Myxos are aliens I SWEAR. This Hemitrichia serpula was found in the Spring of 2024 and here it is... Just barely but still persisting in late October! #myxomycetes #mycology #hemitrichiaserpula #slimemold #pennsylvania #aetherology

A special shout out to Beneath The Leaf! These bracelets are QUALITY! It took a 75lb solid Oak plank while loading a truck bay to break it! Can't wait to see the new ones!!🥰🥰🥰 Support a wonderful and talented local artist at her link here! My scaly pals fully approve💚 www.etsy.com/shop/beneath...
