The point is that people largely (not entirely) reach the point where they are contemplating suicide because of all those issues. I support medically assisted dying in circumstances where everything else has been tried, but people should be helped to live first. So no hypocrisy.

Exactly this. I've seen enough of the bad white men can do. The "boat people" who are coming here mostly in the hope escaping violence and extreme poverty are certainly not more dangerous. As a disabled woman over childbearing age I have far more to fear from fascists.

I've lost 2 good friends to this, can't imagine what losing a loved family member is like. Watching someone's entire personality replaced with hate, piece by piece is truly horrible. These platforms exploit lonely, vulnerable people with impunity.
