I'm done. I did it. I spoke with Wuk Lamat. I still need to do the patch content but at least I'm done with this, hopefully to never speak with Wuk ever again.

With DragonCon done, it's time to lock in on prepping panels for MiraiCon, YoumaCon, and my competition piece for Holiday Matsuri. And maybe a very huge opportunity in 2027 👀 However... I'm also determined to finish Dawntrail and never speak to Wuk Lamat ever again.

The Dungeon Crawler Carl meet up was so huge. That had to be the largest meet up ever at DragonCon. #dragoncon #dragoncon2026 #dungeoncrawlercarl #dcc #prepotente

I'm so excited for DragonCon! I've been working on a few cosplays, but this one might be my favorite. #dragoncon #dragoncon2026 #umamusume #cosplay

Is it really #DragonCon if there isn't some con crunching? I'm working on an original design cowboy version of Trainer from Uma Musume.

Third trip in the last month. I'm tired, grandpa. Still trying to work on helping with NCC prep, Winter Cosplay Championship cosplay work, and YoumaCon planning. Youma is the easiest because the rest of the team is so talented I just need to wrangle some sponsors and show up weekend of the event.

DreamHack was a lot of fun! I haven't been to an e-sports centric con before, but it was nice to see how hard they're working to bring in more cosplay! It might be fun to compete there next year 👀

Three days of being back home and off to another convention! This time to help out at Dreamhack Atlanta. My cosplay partner is judging there and I'm helping handle. Its my first time going and I'm really excited! I'll be bringing some Magic decks for when we're not busy with judging duties.

Had an amazing time at H+H Americas! We got to meet a lot of talented creators and we took home the Janome Excellence in Sewing award for our Blitzø and Stolas builds.

@tolariancommunitycollege.com is one of the main reasons I got back into magic after 30 years and now always keep a few decks in my car just in case someone mentions playing 🤣

There isn't an official YoumaCon account here, but with the con almost here I want to give a huge shout out to @dangerousladies.ca and @polymaker.bsky.social for sponsoring our cosplay competition! We have some amazing prizes this year from our great sponsors ♥️

Started painting and weathering my Chocobo helmet. It's my first time painting a prop anything other than a flat color with basic shading. The initial spray paint coat was awful and it created a lot of surface issues so I'm trying to make them into happy little accidents. Model @dangerousladies.ca

If I had a nickel for every day I've been delayed by flights this year I'd have five nickels. Which isn't a lot, but man I'm really getting mad at how often and how long my flights get delayed. At least this one is in Europe and I'm going to get a big payout for it.

Aes -> DragonCon @aestheticos.bsky.social · 26/05/2025

Work trip is done. I can now just enjoy Europe. France was fun. Don't let the memes and stereotypes lie to you. Outside of Paris the people are friendly and talkative. Paris is the same as any major city, people just want to get where they're going to do whatever they need to. Not rude, though.
