Is it just me, or is this plain dumb? Why am I required to agree to receive text messages, just to send my House rep an email?

The "survey"? Literally this one question you see here. That's it. No follow-up question, no nuances you can add to your response. I sent an email that said I agreed COL is a concern, but it's because of people like him & the Trump administration. And next time send a real survey or nothing at all.

Yesterday we went to a VIP preview event for a new food hall in our area, it was a lot of fun (though bar service was slow). The main food item we got was tteokbokki from a Korean street food vendor. It was awesome!! Never had it before. My dish is on the right (I also got some bulgogi meatballs).

Tonight @alteripseity.bsky.social and I watched "Pet Sematary" on the lawn of a local mausoleum. They regularly hold events to help preserve and refurbish this amazing building. I'm not sure I'd seen the movie before, and it was our second time at one of their events. Great fun had by all!

An end of an era! Too many times I would "sit" on a DVD, because I got busy or just plain forgot I had one. I definitely regret not utilizing the service more over the years, but I am glad for the times we had. Good night, sweet DVD-dot-com. You will be missed.
