Steam's age verification in Australia requiring a credit card, means that an adult who is disabled, and on the pension, thus ineligible for a credit card, is barred from buying mature Steam games. Steam now requires Australian users to have a credit card to purchase R18+ games, and no, a simple bank debit card won't work
