Not much has changed since I posted this, hence why I've been quiet. I've found that I've been just 'killing time' outside of the few days I've been doing some voluntary admin work, without any real direction or sense of accomplishment. It's not a great feeling, not going to lie.

This is actually Blue Raspberry Sunny D, but in this Shinra-themed glass, it looks like I'm drinking mako. 😜

A glass of Blue Raspberry flavour Sunny D. The glass is themed after Shinra; the evil power company from Final Fantasy 7. Due to the shade of blue the drink is, it's almost like I'm drinking mako (the energy source that Shinra uses).

As much I like being a positive person, I really hope I find a fulfilling purpose at some point, as living without one is really getting to me lately. It's honestly hard to look forward to much of anything without one.

If you want a nice indie game to check out, I recommend Wax Heads. It's set in a small music record shop, where you have to find what customers describe to you. It has a really cool cartoon art style, a great soundtrack, and it very much champions human-made content! Definitely worth a play. 🤘

I'll get back to posting physical games, eventually. It's just been a bit slow with purchases lately, so I don't have much to share. I also think I'd find it a bit more fun (and possibly cheaper) if I waited until a future Japan trip to grab certain games.

Once again, Japan were close, but sadly ended up going out in a painful way. That said, I still believe they'll be able to do something special before long. The 100 year plan is clearly doing wonders. 🇯🇵

I commissioned another drawing from @redthemarten.bsky.social, and this time I went for something Pride-themed featuring Stacey, as well as Mies (Red's character). I could imagine those two getting up to all kinds of mischief around town... 😈 Once again, I'm very happy with how it turned out!

A Pride-themed drawing by RedTheMarten; featuring Stacey (one of my characters), and Mies (one of Red's characters). They're walking down a street during Pride, looking mischievous.

Stacey has black hair up to her chest, some black mascara, and is wearing a black and red striped dress sweater (with a shirt-like quality), some torn tights, and a pair of black boots with straps.

Mies has short red hair, heart sunglasses, a crop top that says 'Cisn't' in the non-binary colours, a rainbow bowtie, a purple jacket, some yellow shorts, and a pair of yellow trainers. They're holding a Pride flag behind their back.

There are also rainbow waves in the scene, suggesting that local hero Synthwave has already decorated that part of town. I wanted to throw in that little reference. :3

For our treasure map session yesterday, the costume theme was 'Pride'. Here's a group shot I liked from taking some photos after. I thought it was perfect for the theme! (credit to Nil for that idea)

A group of shot of three Final Fantasy XIV warriors of light. Arcania (my WoL) is in the middle making a cheeky/alluring hand-to-mouth pose, Raffed is on the right with a love heart pose, and Cass is taking a selfie. The background features a lot of rainbow-coloured lava; perfect for the 'Pride' theme we had going.

Being the warrior of light (AND a rock star...AAAND a photo model) has its perks...especially if you like cookies... :3 🍪 Been a good while since I've drawn Arcania (over two years, in fact), and I feel like this is my best drawing of her yet.

A drawing of Arcania; my Final Fantasy XIV warrior of light. She has her usual spiky, short black hair with purple highlights. She's wearing a purple crop top with some light tearing, a short black leather skirt with a gold belt (that has a black/red centrepiece), and some dark brown tights. She's enjoying a cookie, while thinking 'The perks of being popular...'. In the background, there's more boxes of treats on a shelf (more cookies, and some chocolate bars).

Both Wolverine and the new God of War look great. Sadly, it's very hard for me to get excited about games I may not get to play for a while...if ever. 🥲 I fully expect Sony to go back on their PC stance EVENTUALLY, but whether they'll do it while the games are still relevant is another thing.

Expeditioner's Cap was the only part of this week's Fashion Report that I had, so I went with an outfit that matched. I feel like Arcania can pull off pretty much any look, at this point. 💜🖤

Gposers, QRP with the first ever picture of your WoL and the most recent one! This is officially the first photo with Arcania (seen here with Raffed), back when she was a Black Mage! The other photo is the most recent picture with her face in view. Still her preferred hair after all this time!

Arcania, my Final Fantasy XIV warrior of light, hanging out with Raffed Elloh. She's wearing the black Cloud Strife-inspired glamour gear, while Raffed has a white shirt with some shorts (during their Hrothgar phase). Picture was taken somewhere in Uldah.

A more recent photo of Arcania, with the 'Wow' emote pose. She's wearing sunglasses on her head, a black leather jacket with a purple jumper underneath, a short black leather skirt, and some black boots. She also has her Mad Bird Ring, which she's very proud of. Picture was taken outside her house in Empyreum.

I felt like doing a quick Cynthia drawing. She's her usual cheery self, as you can see. 😛

Cynthia Schneider, one of my characters, making an 'ugh' expression, her eyes narrowed, and her mouth open with teeth showing.

She has ginger hair up to her shoulders, very pale skin with freckles all over, and green eyes. She's wearing a green plaid shirt, with a white/blue t-shirt underneath.

In the background, there are red lines used to show her frustration. There's also my signature - ADZ.

I went for a little trip to Llandudno today, just for something different. I had a good time exploring shops and taking some pictures. I've been there before (including some family visits when I was younger), but it's still very scenic!

The statue of Alice (of Wonderland fame) in Llandudno. She's wearing a blue and white dress, much most adapations have gone with. It appears to be depicting the moment when she grew in size after eating the 'Eat Me' cake. The 'Drink Me' bottle is also present near her feet.

A statue of the Mad Hatter, found on the promenade in Llandudno. He's sat down on the floor. The statue is unpainted.

Some trees on the promenade in Llandudno. They look pretty exotic.

A shot of the pier in Llandudno. It includes the ferris wheel, and the Grand Hotel. The weather was overcast.

I asked my friend @redthemarten.bsky.social for a commission of my FF14 warrior of light, Arcania, rocking out on stage. I love how it turned out! 👌 It was designed to be printed out on A3, so I ordered a poster...and this is how it looks!

A commissioned poster of my Final Fantasy 14 warrior of light, Arcania Damnation Zenith, rocking out on stage in an energetic pose. She's holding an orange electric guitar. She's an elezen (elf in the world of FF14, essentially), so she's pretty tall. The audience are holding glowsticks, and there's some purple smoke.

She's wearing a white cropped t-shirt with a picture of a Cherry Bomb minion on it, a mesh undershirt which covers her otherwise bare midriff, a leather miniskirt, and some black boots that reach just under her knees. She also has a Cherry Bomb earring. Her hair is black with purple highlights, and is spiky and short, reaching up to her neck.

Fittingly, she's singing part of 'Cherry Bomb' by The Runaways. "Hello World, I'm your wild girl! I'm your ch-ch-ch-ch-cherry bomb!". The lyrics are in bold lettering, in blue, yellow, orange, a lighter orange, and pink.

The cover for Time Travelers on the Playstation Vita. Features what appears to be the inside of a clock. Very similar to Chrono Trigger, in that regard.

Something I'll always stick by; If you're playing a team-based multiplayer game, don't take your frustrations out on your teammates. If you're feeling mad, find another way to vent. Getting angry with people that have absolutely nothing to do with your situation is NEVER the way to go.

Synthwave, an original character, getting ready to fire off her synth waves; which have a neon rainbow colour when fully fired. She has a satisfied grin on her face, and has her hands out in front of her. She's wearing her usual black shirt with red hems and a stylised rainbow motif, and some black leggings.
