Packing for #shoulderseason is TOUGH! Traveled to Paris in October and it got extremely hot. Ended up wearing the same blouse a lot 😆 had warm clothes I never used! Try to focus on layers. Weather reports change and you never know--the temps can shift wildly. #FoodTravelChat

Q2: In the last few days we've eaten a cold Thai salad (Thai beef waterfall salad) and a chilled noodle soup (Korean naengmyeon), both using cold, thinly sliced leftover roast beef. I do love a summer BBQ too but if it's too hot I can't handle being out there!! #FoodTravelChat #foodsky

A2: To stay cool, we grill outside to avoid heat in the house and add a salad. Mostly though, I drink ice cold water all day long. Nothing cools me from the inside out better than that. #FoodTravelChat

A1. My favorite condiment discovery is Aleppo pepper flakes. When I was traveling in Turkiye it was on every restaurant table like salt and pepper is here. It is a mild pepper (no seeds) and compliments just about any food! #FoodTravelChat
