Honestly I pre-screen therapists with an email outlining my needs. I’d just ask them when you reach out to schedule an appointment, just like other folks screen for queer therapists or ones who can treat ADHD etc etc

Lily I don’t know if this is helpful or useful but if your credit card payment is eating up so much of your income you could look into a nonprofit credit counselor who could negotiate a lower interest rate and monthly payment (doesn’t impact credit score because you never miss a payment)
